Do I call the architect, or the builder…who is responsible to make this decision quickly?” Inevitably challenges will arise in the design & building process and because we will be the only responsible party, we can work through certain challenges in a timely fashion most times we can spot them before they even come up!
As your ultimate Design & Build team, we manage the entire process on your behalf. We have been analyzing the design & build process for about 20 years now and have it down to a science. We will coordinate the surveys, heat loss calculations, engineering calculations, geotechnical data, drainage studies, architectural approvals, septic permits, and building permits. Whats more, is that we will simultaneously be doing this while your plans are being drawn to save you time. Your time is very valuable and we understand that!
