Qualifications:
The ability to read and understand Construction Drawings is a MUST. The ability to clearly communicate with our clients in both written and verbal form is a MUST. A minimum of three years of recent new home sales experience with a quality home builder is required. A Texas Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. Luxury home sales experience is a big plus! Spanish speaking is very helpful, but not required. A flexible work schedule is occasionally required for evenings and weekends based on client needs.
